HOW DATE SYRUP IS MADE

Date syrup is made by extracting the water soluble components and concentrating them into a 70° brix level.

Our syrup is valued for these characteristics:

• Is similar to molasses, with a rich, complex flavor ’ Is less sweet than honey, agave nectar or maple syrup
• Offers hints of caramel, brown sugar and often vanilla flavor
• Is a great alternative to processed sugar
